StudioRes is Marriott's newest extended-stay brand, and the Denver Tech Center property on South Havana Street is one of the early ones out of the ground. It sits about a mile and a half north of Centennial Airport, six to eight minutes from the FBOs. The pitch is narrow and honest: 124 studios with kitchens, priced for people staying twenty nights or longer, with the amenities that don't serve that guest deliberately left out.
Marriott Built This for the Twenty Night Guest
Most midscale extended-stay hotels are ordinary hotels with a microwave added. This one is designed the other direction. The studio is laid out around the kitchen, storage is real rather than decorative, and housekeeping runs weekly instead of daily because that's what someone living out of a room for a month actually wants.
For KAPA that maps cleanly onto one guest in particular: the contract mechanic or avionics tech in town for a panel upgrade, an interior, or a heavy inspection that's going to run five weeks. Also flight students doing a full private or instrument course at one of the schools on the field, where a month of hotel nights would otherwise eat the training budget alive.

What you won't find: a restaurant, a bar, a pool, a free breakfast, or meeting space. None of that is an oversight. It's the trade that gets the nightly rate down, and over thirty nights it's the right trade.
Weekly housekeeping deserves a plain explanation, because it surprises people. Your room is serviced once every seven days. Between visits you swap towels and pick up supplies at the front desk yourself. If that sounds like an apartment rather than a hotel, that's the point, and it's why the rate is where it is.
Topgolf is a three minute walk from the front door, which sounds like a novelty until you've spent your fourth consecutive Tuesday evening in a studio apartment waiting on a part from Wichita. It's the only walkable evening option attached to any hotel on this list. Grocery runs are easy too — Havana and Arapahoe puts you near full-size stores rather than the gas station convenience shelf you get on the Peoria side of the field.
Havana Street Puts You North of the Field
The route to the airport is south on Havana and east on Arapahoe Road, or south on Peoria depending on which FBO you're headed to. Call it six to eight minutes off-peak. Arapahoe Road backs up badly between 0700 and 0900 westbound, so if you're working a shop's morning shift on the field, leave earlier than the map tells you to.
Being north of the airport rather than west also puts you closer to the Havana and Arapahoe retail strip than to the Inverness office park, which is a better neighborhood for a long stay. Restaurants, hardware, a pharmacy, and full grocery are all within a few minutes. Book the rate directly with the property and tell them how many nights you need, because the twenty-plus night pricing is where this brand separates from everything else in the corridor and it does not always surface on third-party sites.
Twenty Five Reviews Is Not Yet a Track Record
The 4.6 average is strong, but it comes from a small sample on a property that hasn't been open long. New hotels almost always rate well in year one, and the number that matters is where it settles at review three hundred. Treat the rating as encouraging rather than proven. What is not in doubt is the room product, because it's new construction to a current Marriott spec, and for a long stay near KAPA that plus a kitchen plus a low rate is a hard combination to argue with. One night here, though, makes no sense at all — you'd be trading breakfast, a bar, and half the drive time for nothing.

No pool which was a downside but it's okay the price balanced it out. Laundry and fitness were 24hrs. The rooms were big enough. Clean sheets. Kitchenette w 2 burner stove fridge and freezer and microwave. TV and A/C. Would stay here again if I needed to stay under budget.

This specific one was a mini studio, but still had a microwave, full fridge, stovetop, sink, even a laundry basket! Clean, plenty of space, and friendly staff :)
