Who Should Book It

One-night crew stops, aircraft owners waiting on a squawk, and anyone with an early show time. It is the correct default for KAPA, full stop. Where it makes less sense is a three-week maintenance stay: there are no kitchens, and the nightly rate multiplied out over twenty nights loses badly to StudioRes or Homewood Suites. Flight students in town for an accelerated instrument course fall in between — close to the field is worth paying for during a ten-day push, less so during a month.
