Element is Marriott's extended stay brand, and this one sits on Park Meadows Drive about 1.8 miles from Centennial Airport — call it ten minutes of driving. The design language is bright and modern in a way that reads either restful or slightly clinical depending on your mood, with a lot of natural light and pale wood. That is not the reason to book it. The kitchen is.
The Kitchen Is The Whole Argument
Every room here, including the base studio, has a genuine kitchen rather than the microwave and dorm fridge that most hotels label a kitchenette:
- Full size refrigerator with a real freezer
- Dishwasher
- Two burner stovetop
- Microwave and toaster
- Filtered drinking water
- Cookware, plates, and flatware
The dishwasher is the item nobody mentions until they have spent two weeks somewhere without one. A full size freezer matters too, because it means one grocery run instead of five — and there is a full size supermarket within a few minutes of the property.
Built For The Three Week Maintenance Job
This is the property we recommend when someone tells us they are riding out a long shop visit at KAPA. Engine work, avionics installs, paint and interior jobs run long, and the crew or owner waiting on the aircraft gets stuck in a hotel room for a stretch nobody budgeted for. Element is set up for exactly that: on site guest laundry, same day dry cleaning, a lobby market for the things you forgot, a 24 hour fitness room, and an indoor saline pool behind a wall of glass that stays usable through a Colorado February. Rates typically step down as the stay gets longer, so ask about the extended stay rate rather than booking a chain of consecutive nights at the nightly price.
It is also pet friendly, which matters more than you would think for owners who fly with a dog rather than board one for a month.
One caution on the brand promise. Element positions itself as eco focused, and that shows up as lower flow fixtures, LED lighting, filtered water taps instead of bottled water, and housekeeping on a reduced schedule unless you ask for daily service. None of that is a problem, but the housekeeping default catches people out on stays past a week. Tell the front desk what cadence you want on day one and it gets handled.

Ask for a room away from the elevator core and on an upper floor. The building is quiet by hotel standards, but the studios nearest the elevators pick up hallway traffic at shift change hours, which is exactly when a crew on a rest period is trying to sleep. Also ask whether the EV charging stalls are shared with the neighboring property before you count on one for a rental.
What You Trade Away
There is no restaurant and no room service. Breakfast is included and it is a proper hot buffet, but after that you are cooking, driving, or ordering delivery. For most long stay guests that is the point, not a flaw.
The other trade is atmosphere. If you want a bar to sit at after a long day, this is not it, and the walk from the front door to anything social is not really a walk. Park Meadows mall and the Lone Tree restaurant strip are a short drive rather than a stroll, so factor a car into the plan. The 4.2 rating across roughly 775 reviews is honest: guests who booked it as an apartment substitute love it, and guests who expected a full service hotel are the ones writing the three star reviews.
